Our Approach
At Geelong Therapy Co. we take a holistic approach to Occupational Therapy. We work with individuals, groups, and communities to support health and wellbeing through meaningful engagement in everyday activities.
These activities, often referred to as 'occupations', include anything that gives structure, purpose or identity to a person’s day. This might include self-care, daily living tasks, learning, working, or connecting with others.
Who We Work With
NDIS
We support NDIS participants with physical, psychosocial, or cognitive disabilities. We work with self-managed and plan-managed participants.
NDIS fees:
Occupational Therapy: $193.99 per hour (for plan- and self-managed participants)
Travel time: 50% of the hourly service rate, capped per NDIS travel guidelines based on appointment location
Kilometre rate: $1 per km
Privately paying clients
Private fees:
Occupational Therapy: $219.11 per hour
Travel time: Charged at the same hourly rate.
Kilometre rate: $1 per km.

Where We Work
We are based at “The Hub” in Fyansford, and have created a purpose-built and accessible clinic space designed to support clients of all ages and abilities. Our clinic provides a welcoming and flexible environment for both individual therapy and assessment, with a range of dedicated spaces to support different therapeutic needs.
Our clinic includes:
Dedicated paediatric therapy spaces designed to support children and young people with developmental, sensory, motor, emotional regulation and functional skill development.
Sensory rooms and therapy spaces providing opportunities for sensory exploration, regulation and graded therapeutic intervention.
Living skills room designed to replicate everyday home environments and support the development of practical skills such as meal preparation, household tasks, organisation, planning and independence.
Accessible private meeting spaces to support assessments, consultations, goal setting, meetings individualised intervention, collaboration with families and other professionals.
Accessible facilities and ample parking, providing a comfortable and inclusive environment for participants.
